Bored is the name of an actual street artist. Bored may also describe the impetus for this ambitious project that has transformed a portion of Chicago into a real life Monopoly Board. Sidewalks feature "chance" cards and dice. The idea is to push beyond typical stencil street art and offer an alternative that begs interaction and encourages play. Everyone realized there were even more installations around the city, and not only that, the messages on the Chance and Community Chest cards were occasionally being painted over and replaced with other humorous and obscure messages.
